Benchmark and calculator limits
Area and guide pages show the provenance fields available in the repository. Missing fields are labelled and may require owner review. The calculator uses the displayed range midpoint plus clearly labelled planning assumptions; it does not establish the fee a landlord, agent, mover, or provider will charge.
Property submissions and introductions
Partner submissions are reviewed before possible publication. Publication, availability, ownership, a match, a response time, or any rental outcome is not guaranteed. Confirm property details, fees, identity, and agreement terms directly before paying.
